He was an owner surrender at no fault of his own and would love a family who would take him for walks, play fetch and let him curl up on the couch with them. Oscar is crate trained mostly potty trained,0 walks well in a harness and sits for treats. He loves to be with other dogs and would prefer to have another furry sibling.
