Chip is a 9 month old Chihuahua mix who is very active and "on the go"!! He has spent his entire life in a cage up until now so he has a lot of learning ahead of him. Chip's adopter will need to devote time to train him and keep him busy. He is still very much a puppy! He is working on being housebroken, but is not quite there yet. He has 2 foster brothers who serve as good role models and are "helping" him learn.We are recommending he go to a home with older children only to avoid any issues. Chip gets along great with other dogs and is learning to share his affections with his person and the other dogs in his foster home. He likes to chew and needs to learn not everything is a chew toy. The best part is once Chip gets to know and trust you he is a lover and a snuggler! His curiosity is delightful and he will make you laugh with his antics. Once you meet him you will not want to let him go! Applications are currently being reviewed!

** Update Chip has made great strides in his confidence. He now enjoys outings- meeting new people and going places. He will bond quickly with his "person."
