Jacoby is a sweet little 5 year old Pomeranian that had the unfortunate experience of growing up in an Amish Puppy Mill. He adores other dogs and feels most comfortable when around them. For that reason, he would do best in a house with another dog.

Initially afraid of grass, he now enjoys running free in a fenced yard and is beginning to learn to walk on a leash. He is working on his housetraining and has been doing very well after only a few days. Jacoby follows his foster mom everywhere and clearly enjoys human company. He prefers to sleep directly across from her bed on the floor, as he doesn't like to be far from her. He enjoys being held and snuggled especially in a blanket or towel. He is learning how to be a normal dog and loves every minute of it!

As he is still adjusting to life outside the puppy mill we are unsure how Jacoby would be with children at this time.  We will update as he is exposed to them .
