Emmy was rescued by Oswego county SPCA from a hoarder/breeder situation. Multiple rescues were involved , we offered to help and now that Emmy is done nursing her 5 puppies she's in a foster home with BPSBR. She needs spay/vetting. Already we know she is a sweet and loving girl.
