Meet Cece.  Cece came into rescue from a puppy mill in Ohio.  She has had a rough start in life.  Cece has not really known human compassion until now.  She is an extremely sweet little girl who is just unsure of herself.  She is slowly starting to come around. She is great with other dogs, and must go to a home with dogs to "show her the ropes".  Cece is a quick learner, and will follow the lead of the other dog in the home.  She does get along with kids but would probably do best in a home with older, calmer kids.  Too much activity may frighten her.  Cece does not bark or chew.  She is not housebroken, but is crate trained
