Willie came into rescue as a "stray" from a shelter in Ohio. When he arrived here in Buffalo, it was discovered that he had a wire in his jaw because it had been broken. Willie is adjusting to life in a loving foster home right now. He is fully house broken and good with cats. He is learning to get along with other dogs. He does get protective of certain items due to living on the streets but he is learning to share. He is great with kids and women, but seems to be a little fearful of men. He is extremely loyal to his people and hardly leaves their side. He would like nothing more than to sit on your lap and be loved. Willie is not a chewer or a barker. He will cry though when you leave, only because he loves you so much. This lasts a short time (3 min) then Willie will settle down in his crate of the day. Willie is great on a leash and up to date on all his vaccines. If you think this is the dog for you, please consider applying today.
