Hi everyone! I'm Billy aka Billy Boots to all who know me. I'm a 7 1/2 old  Mexican Hairless. What breed is that you ask? A breed very close to a ChineseCrested. Yep, no hair, just a little on my head.

My foster Mom tells me that  BPSBR looks out for all dogs. Wow!! so glad for that. I arrived into rescue and  could barely walk. My Mom whisked me away for a MRI. Yikes, my problem was a herniated disc. We then went to the best hospital BPSBR knows, Cornell Vet  Hospital. A team of vets decided that my disc was inoperable. Time is so important on a back injury.  I couldn't tell them when or how this happened. I was put on a medication 2x a day.  Peanut butter & pill and away I go!  I can walk and love to run around with my Mom and foster siblings.  So sorry but the pills don't  help my bathroom manners always. I wear a belly band inside and you may have to pick up and flush an occassional poop (my eyes will tell you I'm sorry).  I know this is not right, but I have no feeling when if  it happens. My foster Mom is taking me back to Cornell in October and will see if a pill adjustment will help.   Everyone loves me that has met me. I love people, other dogs and kids but feel I need someone extra special that needs my love. I think a new Mommy or Daddy that I can love and won't mind the little extra care I need. Hold me, love me and care for me, I will love you forever.
