Cindy Lou ( Who ) as she is loving known as to us came to Buffalo Pugs when her owner had to move and could not take all her dogs with.  Sad choices often have to be made as an adult and giving this baby a safe chance at life is what her owner wanted and what she will get. Once she is spay she will be available to her forever home
