We can't say enough sweet things about Jazzi. This girl is just so loving and calm. She's happy to greet everyone and has no qualms about curling up in your lap as soon as she meets you. These are only a few of the reasons that we just can't fathom how she ended up with us. Jazmine was found as a stray in Kentucky. Upon arrival to the shelter, she was scanned for a microchip. The shelter staff quickly found her chip and the information of her owners. Great, right? Well, not so much. When Jazmine's "owners" were notified that she was waiting for them to come take her home, they said "YOU FOUND HER, YOU KEEP HER". The shelter and all of us here at BPSBR were appalled. There was no way we were leaving that baby in the shelter another minute longer.
Obviously, things have vastly changed for dear Jazzi now. She is loved by her foster and all our other volunteers who encounter her. At just under 10 lbs she's a great little cuddler and companion. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, housebroken and just an all around great dog. She just needs someone to take her home and appreciate her perfect disposition to make up for her sad past.
