Hello all, my name is Trey. I very recently had my front leg amputated after I was hit by a car. My surgery went fine and I still don't realize that instead of 4 legs, I have 3.  It hasn't affected me at all. I hop right along. No pain at all, my stitches are healing, and I feel great. I even met a new friend at the adoption center yesterday. We rolled around and played forever. Jeepers, that was so great. My 5 foster siblings are older, they are don't like to roll around and play like I would love to. BUT I understand the older generation, so at my foster home I am very well behaved. In fact, so well behaved my foster mom said, " WOW Trey, I love seeing you play like that. It shows that missing 1 leg doesn't matter & you are healthy" . (By the way, I had already showed her that, she just worries all the time.) She rattles on about me, how I'm housebroken, how I sleep in my crate so quietly at night, not a jealous, growly, barky dog at all. Umm, if I'm so great why don't I sleep in her bed with the other ones? Oh thats right, I kiss everyone too much. Whats wrong with that?

I'd REALLY like to find my forever home sooner than later.  Are you my special someone?  Submit your adoption application so we can find out if we're made for each other!
