Welcome Bella.  Her foster mom just sent us this love note about her.  

Bella is a cute little brown and black deer head chihuahua who wants nothing more than to be with you and snuggle with you. You don't even know she's there until she kisses you. This little lover is so quiet! She gets along with other dogs, but is afraid of big dogs and loud noises. She is absolutely no trouble at all. She loves to go for car rides and has her own pink purse just like some of those lucky California dogs. She needs to be in a home that will love her take and her for walks because she loves those too. If you want a small, loveable, quiet baby, Bella is the one!!
