Tico! We LOVE Tico!  This handsome fellow was found wandering the city in a not so nice neighborhood.  After our attempts to find his person failed, we got him set up in a foster home.  We have a feeling he was "dumped", but we have no idea why.  He's such a sweet & social boy.  He loves other dogs, people, and kids.  Cats, well he just can't be bothered with them.  (Thats a good thing!)

Tico is still settling in to his foster home, and will be getting neutered very soon.  He has been "marking" but doesn't mind a belly band whatsoever.  We're hoping to curb this behavior post-neuter, but there are no guarantees.  Once he heals from surgery, he will be ready for a forever home.
