Dear new family,
My name is Pico. (Named in honor of a food dish related to my heritage). My foster mama thinks I am a "Chug", which is part pug and part Chihuahua. I am one year old and have lots of puppy energy, but don't worry, I know when it's time to settle down and cuddle and just chill on the couch.
My foster brothers and sisters enjoy the same games I do: chase, tug of war, hide n seek, spot the animals on TV and bark at them!! I love everybody:kids, cats, big dogs, little dogs... My likes: belly rubs (who doesn't), stuffies, peanut butter filled kongs, cuddling, I will sleep on the back of the sofa and rest my head on your shoulder because I'm cute like that!!
Dislikes: I'm young enough not to be jaded about much. My foster Mama stuck her hand in my food bowl and I didn't care at all. I am learning to sleep in my crate at bedtime- (In my furever home I hope to sleep in the big bed! ) I am learning to be in my crate when foster mama is at work. I have lived in 2 other homes and keep hoping/telling myself: "this time it's for real."Won't you make my wish come true? I still need to get "fixed", even though if you ask me I'm not broken!! I will be going to be visiting at the Rochester Adoption Center for meet and greets, please come see how cute I am!! (check the dates and times) I'm alot of fun and would love to have furry siblings or gentle human ones to play with.I'll be watching for your applications!! Love, Pico
