Twinkie is an adorable 8 month old chihuahua mix who came to us from death row in a shelter in Pennsylvania. Twinkie is a playful little pup who enjoys the company of other dogs and is okay with cats. She also likes toys and would make a lively companion for the right family! She is working on her manners in her foster home but will need continued reinforcement.
