Leon is new to our rescue. He was saved from a kill shelter in PA with a few other pug mixes that were turned in after their family's home burned down.

Leon's foster mom loves him. He gets along well with other dogs but does have some medical issues we're tending to. We'll update his info soon! This boy is sure to steal someone's heart!

**UPDATE FROM LEON'S FOSTER MOM 11/21/12**

Leon is a one of a kind dog. He's got a face you can't help but fall in love with. He is a total cuddle bug and wants to be around you all the time. He will follow you from one room to another. He loves dog beds and if he's not eating or playing outside, he's in his bed :) He hardly barks at all. Since he has had his health issues clear up, his personality has blossomed, and he has become less lethargic and very happy and friendly :)  When you are around, he always wants to jump up and say hello, or sit in  your lap. He is hardly any work and will make someone very happy. He is good with other cats and dogs, and mostly ignores them. He doesn't like long walks and prefers to walk on cement rather than grass. However, he will go on grass to do his business :) He does still have weak back legs but doesn't seem to be in any pain and gets around just fine. He does slip a bit on hardwood floors! And he can get up 2 or 3 steps ok on his own.
