Bailey was surrendered to our rescue after his owner underwent back surgery and could no longer care for a busy young puppy. We were told he was a cavalier/bichon mix, however as this boy approaches 10 months old, he’s too big to be that exact breed. Bailey, at a healthy weight is going to top out around 30-35 lbs. He very much looks like a small golden/poodle mix, commonly known as a golden-doodle. While we are not exactly sure of his breed, we do know that he is a wonderful little man and a breed that will require grooming.

Bailey has completed 2 puppy training courses. He knows sit and will go in his crate when told to “go home.” Bailey is housebroken and perfectly crate trained. He sleeps in his crate quietly through the night and doesn’t have accidents. Bailey has been fostered with a family with young children and has been perfect with the children. He loves them. He is also great with other dogs. He is very playful and gets the zoomies when he is excited, so he would really enjoy the company of another playful dog, but might not be the best match for a dog that is uninterested in playing. He walks well on the leash as well and is a very affectionate boy.

We are looking for a wonderful home for this beautiful guy- where he will be well cared for and loved for the rest of his life. We’d love for him to find a home with a fenced in yard, though it is not required.
