Please meet Freckles. This peanut sized little boy has lived most of his life in a breeding kennel. When his breeder was done with him, he took him to a vet to be euthanized. Lucky for Freckles, the vet felt he had lots of life left to live and refused to euthanize. We were called to help.

Freckles is a darling little man. He holds no grudges and is certainly enjoying his new life. Freckles is great with other dogs of all sizes. He himself is just a 7lb boy, but he gives lots of love. He loves being held like a baby and having his back and tummy rubbed. He is doing great with his housebreaking too! Freckles also loves kids. He eagerly walks up to them and sits right in front of them waiting for them to come down and love on him.

Upon examination, we found that Freckles Jaw had been broken previously. We’re not sure how this happened, but it’s already healed and we won’t rebreak it to fix it. He had most of his teeth removed during a recent dental as well. Though he might not have a full mouth of pearly whites, it doesn’t stop this boy from eating and keeping his belly full!
