Say hello to our dancing queen, Shirley! This girl came to us from a shelter in PA after being seized during a massive drug bust. The home she was found in was filled with urine and feces and it was clear that she and the other dogs there had lived a lifetime of neglect.

When Shirley and the 4 others arrived, our hearts sank. She's about 10 years old and was just a mess. Shirley was missing hair, flea bitten, underweight and what was worse was that her dental disease had been ignored so long that she'd lost nearly all of her teeth and her lower jaw had rotted away. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to repair her jaw, but she makes do and we can assure you that she is now a good eater. Shirley is an amazing girl- so full of love and ready to get it in return from her new family. She dances when she's happy and loves giving kisses! She's great with other dogs and children of all ages- she even likes flirting with the boys. Cats are fine too. Shirley has made such a huge turnaround in the last couple months in rescue/ Her fur is back and she is absolutely gorgeous.
