This sweet senior boy and 8 others were seized during a massive drug raid in Uniontown, PA. They were taken to a high kill shelter. Relatives of the accused came to adopt the 4 youngest of the breeding stock and left the 5 older chihuahuas behind to die. Thanks to some amazing volunteers, networkers and rescuers, we were able to save their lives.

Harry is at least 10 years old. He is the most spry of the group. Harry loves to eat! He has few teeth and due to the fact that his dental troubles were ignored, his lower jaw has rotted and is completely gone. He doesn't let that stop him and he even eats hard kibble. Harry loves getting on furniture. He can't quite make the jump, but will bounce up and down trying. He will do this for minutes until you come along and give him a hand. Harry is about 8 lbs now- a little chunker, really. His eyes are bad but he's not totally blind and he's got a couple growths our vets will be checking out. He's very friendly. He is always happy to come put his front feet on your pant leg or give you a kiss. He tolerates all handling and is as sweet as can be. He's a tough little guy with such determination. He is not housebroken, but considering the hell hole he came from, we understand why. Being so little, he's easy to care for.
