WOW! What a burst of fresh air! Meet Zippa. This pint sized girl is a busy bee and just bursting with sheer happiness. Zippa is a pug/corgi mix and her paperwork states she is a year old. After watching Zippa play, we're convinced that she is younger than that- maybe 6-7 months.

Zippa was dumped by her owners in Virginia and was destined to end up in the very high kill dog pound down there, until she was intercepted by one of our rescue friends and transported to us. Zippa loves playing with other dogs and shares nicely. She would do best with other playful dogs- she might annoy a senior. Zippa is FAST. She would love a fenced in yard or a family who will take her to daycare or the dog park. A jogging buddy would be great too! We think Zippa would do fine with children 6 years old or older. She's too busy for very small children. Zippa does need some further training, but loves treats and is food motivated. She has a thick ooat and does shed.
