Simon is a 10 month old schnauzer mix who came to us from a kill shelter. Simon is now in a wonderful foster home awaiting his forever home.

Simon is a funny little guy. He tends to be a little shy with people, but once he's in your arms, he melts like butter and is an amazing cuddle bug. Simon gets along well with the larger dogs in his foster home. He is starting to spend more time in the backyard playing with the resident dogs in his foster home, but he doesn't seem to love the outdoors and if the opportunity presents itself, he will scoot back inside. Simon is not yet housebroken, but he's working on it. He will need further training. He has begun crate training and wasn't too fond of the crate at first, but he is now improving. Simon's foster mom laughs at him. He is very much a goofy little guy who enjoys toys and usually has his tongue hanging out of his mouth. He is a bit barky at times, so he might not be the best choice for apartment dwellers, but would certainly make an excellent addition to the right family.
