Mattie is a 2 year old girl who came to us after being plucked from a shelter down south.

Mattie is a sweet girl. We believe she is a havanese/poodle mix but can't be certain. She is definitely a dog that doesn't shed. Mattie loves everyone she meets. She is good wth children, other dogs and cats. She is very well mannered, gentle and quiet. She listens well and knows a few commands like sit, down and come. She tends to be timid at times. Loud noises tend to startle her. Though she is doing better day by day in her foster home, she might do best in a more quiet household.

She is currently eating a mix of wet and dry food because dry kibble alone did not interest her. She is a bit nervous about being outside and needs some further leash training. Her foster mom is working hard to guide her along the way and we're sure she will make a wonderful addition to the right family.
