Mandi is a 9 year old Bichon Frise who came to our rescue from a breeder in PA.

Our hearts go out for Mandi. IShe has spent her entire 9 years making puppies for profit. Mandi is a very quiet girl. She is rather timid and is just starting to approach her foster mom. She appears to be more comfortable with women. She does not display any aggression towards men- she is just more apprehensive to approach a man. Mandi has made a few trips to our vet. She was placed on medication to treat the very noticeable hot spots on her back. She's also been vaccinated and now spayed.

Mandi will need a patient, kind person. She would enjoy the company of other dogs but we would prefer she went to an adult home. She needs a person who will give her time to come to them and gain her trust. After 9 long years in a cage, housebreaking Mandi is going to take some time.
