Franco is an amazing 2 year old boxer boy. In his last home, he was able to jump the fence and after the neighbor threatened to kill him the next time he got out, his owners surrendered him to a kill shelter. We were asked to help this handsome fellow find his forever home and now sweet Franco is in one of our foster homes.

Franco is the perfect dog. He loves all other dogs- and has even lived with a shih tzu before with no problems. He is totally housebroken, crate trained, knows a few commands, doesn't bark often and oh yes, he is SUPER HANDSOME! His face is absolutely beautiful and he has very long legs- he's definitely a looker. Franco is the nicest boy around. He is great with children, not a jumper and loves to give big sloppy boxer kisses. Franco's foster dad says Franco also loves sleeping in his bed and going for rides in the car. He walks well on the leash and has made fast friends with all of the neighborhood dogs. Franco is a boxer so he does require some exercise but his foster dad says he is not too energetic and rather calm making him an excellent house guest. Franco was a favorite among staff at the shelter and he is a favorite among volunteers in our rescue- you must meet this guy; you'll fall in love!!

Franco is looking for his new forever home with a family that will love and cherish him forever. He'd enjoy the luxury of a fenced in yard but would also make an excellent walking companion for leash walks around the neighborhood.
