Daisy is a 3 year old puggle who has had a rough life, but all that is now looking up! Her story begins in 2009 when she was hit by a car and then dropped off at the gate of the shelter in a box. She was just a pup then. She healed up just fine and was adopted from the shelter only to be returned 2 years later when her owners were moving.
Daisy is now in our rescue and we have promised to find her a wonderful home to keep her for the rest of her life. Daisy was a bit depressed when she first entered her foster home. She didn't want to do much, or even eat. After a few days, she seemed to have settled in and is now enjoying life, playing with the other dogs and spending time with her foster mom! Daisy is housebroken. Her foster mom reports that she had a few accidents at the door waiting to go out the first few days but has been accident free since. She is a bit on the chunky side but does enjoy her walks! Proper feeding and exercise will certainly help daisy loose a few pounds. Daisy likes other dogs, big and small and doesn't mind the cat in her foster home either.
