Wilbur was surrendered due to no fault of his own. His mom became ill and was unable to care for him or give him the time he deserved.

Wilbur is a very sweet little Chihuahua! He is lovable playful and gets along with everyone. He will need some help with housebreaking but he is young and should learn quickly.
