Mimi is a 5 year old puggle that was rescued from a hoarding/breeding situation in West Virginia. She, along with 3 others came to NY to start their new lives in rescue with Buffalo Pugs.

Mimi has not been socialized as much as the average dog. Her body shows the wrath of several litters and it seems that her pups is all she was used for. She is hesitant to come up from people but will let you pick her up and then she will lay on her back and doze off to sweet slumber as you rub her tummy. Don't let her silly little teeth fool you. Mimi is not mad or upset, she has this goofy underbite and her teeth are always sticking out! We've tried to tuck them back under her lip but within seconds those pearly whites are poking out again!

Mimi is great with other dogs and fine with cats as well. She needs a special someone that will show her tons of love to help her trust us people a bit more. She is never mean or nippy, but because of her nervousness, we suggest children 12+. Mimi is also working hard on her potty manners and is doing much better, though she still has accidents here and there.
