Aimee is one of Ellie’s puppies. She is now 6 weeks old and we are beginning to look for the perfect forever home for her!

Aimee is a pretty tan color and very sweet. She is half poodle, which we know for certain. But, we have no idea what the other breed in her may be. We do know that it was likely another small breed due to her and her brother’s small size. As of 1/5/11, Aimee weighs 1.7lbs and full grown should be between 15-20lbs at most.

Unfortunately, Ellie was not ready to be a mommy. Her milk never came in and she was unable to nurse her pups. Aimee, and her brother Moose have been bottle fed since birth. They are used to human contact and affection and just adore being held and loved! Aimee is a typical cute, happy little pup. She would do fine in a home with other dogs, cats or children as long as properly supervised. They have been to the vet to be dewormed and begin their puppy shots and will be ready to go to a new home in 2-4 weeks. Aimee is our little tough girl. Shes brave and playful. She did not make a peep at the vets when getting her nails clipped and her vaccinations.

Aimee’s foster Mom thinks she and her brother, Moose are the sweetest things she has ever seen! Before submitting your adoption application, please consider the fact that puppies require a ton of attention, patience and training. Please only apply for one of these sweeties if you know for certain that you are ready and able to help these pups with their training and promise them a loving, lasting forever home!
