OH SOPHIA, SOPHIA! This sweet thang was surrendered to Buffalo Pugs because she was ill and her owners could not afford her vet needs.

Sophia has been seen by a vet and is on medication for a few more days but has shown to make a speedy recovery! She is such a wonderful little pug. She is 19lbs of wonderful and 100% sweet! Sophia has a presence about her and just loves to be the center of attention! She loves her people more than anything in this world (aside from treats!).

Sophia is mostly housebroken and while in her foster home, she has had only 1. She knows to go poddy outside and when she comes in, she is more than ready for a treat! She loves to be held and snuggle and loves nothing more than to spend her evening with her human on the couch!

Sophia is great with her fur brothers and sisters and sometimes will join the action and play, but is usually much more interested in the people in the house. She would be absolutely fine in a home with other dogs. She does enjoy the limelight quite a bit, so she might wiggle her way in front of another dog to steal your affection!

Sophia is great in the car, doesn't care much for the crate and is pretty trustworthy having run of the house when her human is not home. She does not chew things but might feel the urge to pick something up off of the floor when no ones looking, so a home with older children and no toys hanging around would be best so she doesn't swallow anything!

Sophia is such a doll! We are certain this girl won't be in rescue long! So submit your adoption application today!
