Smooches ended up homeless when her owner just had too many dogs and was unable to care for all of them. Several rescues stepped in to help the 10 dogs to safety and 4 of them, including Smooches came to Buffalo Pugs in hopes of finding a real forever home.

Smooches has instantly stole the hearts of several of our volunteers. She is beautiful on the outside, but her inside is even more stunning. She is very affectionate and loves to be pet. She is not the shy type at all and will roll right over on her back for a good belly rub. Her name is pretty self-explanatory, as giving smooches are one of her favorite things to do.

She is great in the car and would be a great sidekick when you are running arrands. She is great with children and enjoyed the company of her new 4 year old friend. Smooches appears to be mostly housebroken. She walks pretty well on a leash and has been doing her business outside. She is great with other dogs, but has a bit of spunk to her, so we don’t think that cats would be a good idea.
