5/20/11 Update: Sadly, Olivia slipped her collar and ran into the road where she was hit. She is deeply missed by those in our rescue and her Mom who adored Olivia to bits. Run free at the bridge little one.



Meet Little Olivia! Olivia ended up in an overcrowded shelter after her owner passed away.

Olivia is a very loving little min pin. She is very quiet and well behaved. She loves to be held and kept warm and might need to wear a sweater because this will be the first NY winter that shes ever seen!
Olivia seems to be housebroken and is far beyond her puppy stages. She does not mind the company of other dogs but is very small so she might do best in a home with other little dogs. Olivia is not so good with cats. Although she is smaller than most cats, she is not afraid to chase them around! She is good with children but we would prefer she goes to a home with older children.
