Penelope was surrendered to Buffalo Pugs because her owners felt she deserved a more active household, hopefully one with children to play with! We intend to find just that!

Penelope is a very affectionate 4 year old Boston Terrier. We think she is absolutely beautiful, but she does have one thing that sets her aside from most other bostons. She has a very long tongue! Its sort of silly because it sometimes pokes out of the side of her mouth and it turns the little kisses that she loves to give so much, into BIG KISSES! We think it just adds to her charm!

Penelope is a tad bit shy at first, but that is very short lived! She just loves everyone she meets, children especially. You can see the excitement build when they come near and she just wants to run to them and play! We think she would do best in a home with kids to play with! She is gentle, patient and takes treats nicely.

In a short time, Penelope has become best buds with her foster fur-siblings. She is very playful and loves to wrestle around with the others. She shares her food, treats and toys gracefully and really seems to enjoy the companionship of other dogs.

Penelope is a good passenger in the car, walks nicely on a leash and is very quiet and content in her crate. She will need a little further training with her potty manners and will need to be crated when home alone because she might have the occasional accident.
