Poor Benjamin, also known as Benji, was left behind when his original owner went to jail. He was only 6 months old. A friend took him in but her other much larger dog did not like other dogs and went after Benjamin, so we were happy to take him and promise to find him a wonderful, forever home!

Benjamin loves everyone and everything. He is fine around kids, loves to play and to be around people. He will sit by you and on your lap all day if you let him. He prefers to be with you if you are home, but is ok in his crate when you have to go out. He seems to love going for walks and loves to play in the yard as long as he is with his people or another dog to play with. He is not fully housebroken, but we are working on that with him and he is picking it up quickly. Benjamin will make some lucky family very happy.
