Hi, I am Ben named from the TV show Bonanza! Me and 8 other lucky Buffalo Pug rescues have been imprisoned in puppy mills across Ohio for all our lives. We're so happy that Buffalo Pug and Small Breed Rescue came and bailed us out! Some of us needed medical attention and some are a bit scared and don't know what to make of our new lives. We lived in cages our entire lives, but now that we are free we are finding out how wonderful being a doggie really can be.

I was one of the lucky ones! I am only 6 months old so I did not have to live in a crate for very long. I am very playful and in great health. I was scared at first but once realized I was in a safe place, I have opened up and now am acting a lot more like a 6 month old pup should. I love to play with the other dogs and am learning all kinds of new things. I will need someone one to teach me where the potty is and all the things a pup should know. Will you be the one to teach me? I am being fostered in Buffalo.
