Meet Bud ! He recently came from Kentucky due to an overcrowded death row shelter situation. Through no fault of his own, Bud got in that situation because his people said they could no longer afford him. This poor guy lived outside his whole life and is just learning all about house manners, indoor noises and house training.
Bud is a happy, affectionate 18 month old neutered male corgi mix who is all up to date on his medical care. He is a sweet young man who quickly settled into his foster home and is relatively quiet, calm and enjoys people's company . He knows his name, is working on the sit command, how to play fetch and how to walk on a leash. He gets along ok with other dogs, but is a bit jealous and probably wouldn't mind one bit if he was an only dog. He's good with cats and loves all humans. Since corgis are working dogs, they like space to run and need to be securely contained in the yard. If you are interested in being considered to adopt Bud please submit your online application for him today. Bud is being fostered in Rochester.
