We tried so hard to get pretty pictures of Penelope to reflect how truly lovely she is, but we discovered that she's camera shy! Every time we went to snap a picture she'd lay back her ears and squint! But you can take our word that she is a beautiful pom girl with an equally pretty personality.

As with most puppymill escapees, Penelope is initially a little shy but loves attention once she is sure that it is safe. She is working on her house training, but it is all new to her after spending her whole three years of life in a wire cage. It will take a little time and patience to teach her what life in a warm, loving home is like, but we are sure it will pay off handsomely in the end for the lucky family that gets to take her home.
