Poor little Cleo comes to us fresh from almost four years in a puppymill. She is very sweet and deserves a life out of a crate and not producing litter after litter of puppies. Are you the one who can provide her with the life of a Pappy Princess??

Cleo is still very shy of people, but is interested, so it won't take long for her to learn that people can be trusted. She is doing beautifully with her house training and is slowly warming up in her foster home. Like most mill dogs, she loves the company of other dogs and is also good with cats. She is a little on the tall side for her breed, but is a pure Papillon. We are trying to put a few more pounds on her, as she is very thin.
