UPDATE! Midnight has had his surgery for his broken femur and is now recovering. He is doing well but will need several months of quiet and rehabilitation. We can adopt him now, but he will need to go to a quiet home with no small children so that his leg can heal properly.

We discovered that poor Midnight came to us with a broken femur. He will now require a $1,000 surgery to remove the head of the femur so that he can walk and not have to lose the entire leg! Poor Midnight has probably been suffering for some time and we just couldn't say no to this procedure. Please click on his donate button below if you can help with his surgical fund!

This adorable boy is Midnight. He was one of the lucky ones rescued from an overcrowded shelter where his time had run out. We happily got him on a transport to come and find a wonderful, happy life here in New York.

Midnight has a great personality and loves everyone. He is young, but is a quick learner and is a very good boy. We are guessing on his breeds, so can't be sure how big he will get, but we think he may end up around 40 lbs. or so. With his wonderful disposition, we do know that he will make the right family proud to call him their own.
