Meet Itsy Bitsy! This teeny, tiny little teacup Pomeranian was in dire need of rescue so we jumped at the opportunity to help her. She was removed from a home because they had too many dogs. We estimate that she is around 5 years old. Amazingly, this adorable little doll was actually chained up outdoors in the NY winter!
