Meet Luigi the pug! He is an owner surrender because he is really not fond of children and was not adjusting to life in an active family.

We don't know what Luigi's origins are, but we think he may have been mistreated at some point. He seems apprehensive when he meets new people, and will cower when you go to pet him. We would like to find Luigi an adult only home that is willing to give him the love and time to feel safe and secure. He does well if he gets lots of loving attention, so it would be great if he could find a home where he wouldn't be alone for long periods of time and didn't have to compete with others for attention. Luigi is reliably house and crate trained and ready to go home! Luigi is being fostered in Rochester.
