This adorable little guy is Niko. We aren't sure what kind of mix he is, but he seems to be chihuahau and possibly some kind of spaniel. He sure is cute and we'd love to find him a nice forever home where he won't ever be lonely again.

Niko is house trained and gets along well with other dogs. He does have an alpha personality though, so would do best as an only dog or with another dog that is submissive. Niko can also try to be dominant with humans so should be in an adult only home and needs a firm handler who can help him understand what is and isn't acceptable behaviour. Once he is corrected, he behaves himself nicely. We know that there is a wonderful home out there that will love and cherish little Niko and make him feel safe and secure.
