Timmy is a very handsome little Papillon boy who was rescued from a puppy mill. He is extremely shy and fearful of just about everything. This is an unfortunate result of a life with very little positive human contact or socialization of any kind. This happens with many of the young male mill dogs that we have rescued, particularly the tiny ones. However, on a positive note, with time, love and patience, this gorgeous boy will be able to come out of his shell more and more. He will someday be just like every other happy Papi, spoiled, pampered and adored!!
