This little charmer looks just like Carmen who we had here a couple of weeks back, except of course that he is tri colored instead of tan. They have the same kind of willowy fur and the same kind of energy! Ralphie did come to us from a puppy mill and he is still getting used to life on the outside. He has much to learn about things he has never seen before, so sometimes, he looks like he may be afraid, but who wouldn't be if we were his size and seeing such giant things for the first time. Ralphie is playful and loves other dogs. He is only 1, so he still has some puppy in him. He is a happy little chap, and simply because he is a chihuahua we would much rather he go to a home with no small children. Chihuahuas, no matter age, size or color, will always nip if pushed to the limits of fear... that is just the nature of the breed.
