Philly is a 1 year old love of a dog. He is very gentle, sweet, mild mannered and lovable... one of the most well behaved dogs we have had in rescue! He was surrendered to us because it was stated that he did not get along with the two children in the house. We have not seen any issues with Philly in regard to hostile behavior since he has been with us, but we have not had him near children and would prefer to adopt him to a childless household. Philly certainly looks more scotty than jack russell, but he does have a mixture of both in his genes.
