Teddy is one of the 3 Bichon Frise siblings that came into rescue together! He is a sweet one to be sure. He was named Teddy because of his natural inclination to be a cuddly teddy bear. He is also quite soft and seems to enjoy someone running their fingers through his fur. For those that are allergic to dogs, here is a guy that is non-allergenic and sheds little to none. We think that Teddy will make someone an extraordinary pet and we hope that you will find it in your heart to give him a new home for Christmas.
