Meet Shelia... a very pretty and very sweet little welsh corgi girl who absolutely adores people and seems to enjoy life. Shelia came from a puppy mill and has probably never really known a life other than a caged one. She has been worked with for a while now and has at least gotten an understanding of a home environment. Shelia does get nervous around alot of other dogs as they seem to overwhelm her and make her scared to the point where she will hide from them. It is probably best that Shelia go to a home that has no other dogs with an owner who will have time to spend with her, rather than leaving her alone for long periods.
