Tess is a definate treasure and a rare find! Hardly ever will you find a pug puppy in a rescue, but here she is. She was saved from a life of breeding at an Amish puppy mill and we are happy to know that because we have her, there will certainly be 20-30 litters of puppies that will never be born! In rescue from puppy mills, we strive to stop the breeding lines and its a huge success when we can do that from inception as in Tess's case. She is a sweet little bugger with big gorgeous bug eyes and a quiet little snort when she breathes. She loves to play and nap and is no bother at all! Of course, a new owner would need to be competant enough to work with a train a puppy into it's adulthood and this is one of the traits we will be looking for in a potential adopter.
