Yes, Scooter may look a little funny for his breed, but he is a purebred chihuahua through and through! He is cute, funloving and enjoys being the center of attention... he will give you family loads to laugh about and hours of enjoyment every day! He is a true blue clown all the way around. He also likes giving the other dogs around a run for their fur! He likes to pretend he is in charge... but we all know he has a size complex!
