It looks like someone may have left poor little Maxwell out in the elements to fend for himself. He was picked up wandering the woods by a volunteer in the middle of a blizzard! He is such a warm and friendly dog, that we must believe someone owned him for quite some time. During his low point in the storm... Maxwell got frostbite on a few of his toes... he is currently being treated for it, but it should not prohibit the chances that anyone has for adoping him and should not cause any significant long term damage! Maxwell needs a warm and loving home where he never has to worry about being plopped in the middle of no where again. Can you open you heart and warm home to this poor deserving soul?
