It is quite obvious that in Zach's short 2 yrs, he has already been the victim of neglect. He has a scar along his backside that symbolizes and serves as a reminder of the cruelty that can occur when a dog gets into the wrong hands. This boy appears to have been wearing a harness during puppyhood that was too small. Well, of course, a dog can not stop growing just because they have a small harness on... so, he grew right into the harness... the harness has left a scar along his back side where it appears to have embedded itself into his skin for a time... There is no reason in the world why a dog should have to go through what Zach has apparently endured. We think its time someone step up and offer this dog the love and attention he never got... someone who will promise never to let him hurt like this again. Is that you?
